How long does delivery take? About 4 weeks from payment to delivery in Lagos. Artav parts are made to order in South Africa and imported for you.

How do I pay? Full payment (100%) is required upfront. We place your order with Artav only after payment has cleared.

Can I cancel my order? No. Each part is made to order for you, so orders can't be cancelled once paid. Damaged or wrong items are covered by our Terms of Service & Refund Policy.

Will it fit my vehicle? Every product lists the exact models and years it fits. Not sure? Send your brand, model and year on WhatsApp (+234 805 229 8391) and we'll confirm.

Do I need drilling or welding? No. Artav parts are vehicle-specific and bolt on.

Do you fit the parts? Yes. Fitting is ₦50,000 at our Lagos workshop, 1 Clinic Road, MRS Filling Station, Adekunle, Yaba.

What warranty do I get? The Artav 5-year warranty. Artav parts are made from 304 marine-grade stainless steel in an ISO 9001 factory.
